We deliver wrappz within New Zealand, and overseas.
From receipt of your wrappz order, we aim to have your wrappz to you in 5 working days within New Zealand and 10 working days for the rest of the world. While we will use all reasonable endeavours to comply with that time frame, it is a guideline only and we accept no liability should it take longer than 5 working days for you to receive your wrappz in New Zealand and longer than 10 working days to receive your wrappz for the rest of the world.
We can deliver wrappz either to the billing address associated with your payment card or to an alternative address as specified in the delivery instructions you provide when you place your order.
Delivery will be made via standard post or courier post depending on the size of the wrappz you have ordered. The cost of delivery is additional to the cost of your wrappz and will be automatically added to your order at the payment stage. The cost of delivery may vary depending on the size of your wrappz.

Delivery of your wrappz shall be deemed to occur at the time your wrappz is dispatched to you by mail from our production house. All risk of loss or damage in relation to your wrappz shall pass to you upon delivery.
Our Refund Policy will apply where your wrappz does not reach you in satisfactory condition.
