REFUNDS

If you are not totally satisfied with your wrappz

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your wrappz. However, if for some reason you are not, or if your wrappz is damaged or faulty in any way, you may return your wrappz and we may either send you another wrappz or arrange a full refund. If you wish to return your wrappz, you must notify us by sending an email to info@wrappz.co.nz within 7 days after the day of receipt of your wrappz. We do ask that you pay for the cost of returning the wrappz to us. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of your wrappz, you will be deemed to be totally satisfied with your wrappz.

Returning a wrappz

If you are returning a wrappz then, until you do so, you have a duty to keep it in your possession and to take reasonable care of it. wrappz must be returned unused on their backing in the original packaging together with a copy of the dispatch note that you received with your wrappz.

Cancelling your order before we have dispatched it

If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it, please contact us immediately and provided production of your wrappz has not commenced we will cancel your order and arrange for a full refund. Please inform us in writing of your wish to cancel your order by emailing us at info@wrappz.co.nz. You will need to give us the order number you received in your confirmation email as well as your name and address.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification of refund request. This does not affect your statutory rights.
